all areas of the booking from the travellers details and preferences through the
creation of any travel plans, to the management of payments whether internally by your own
cost centres or by other agencies, and then the payments to suppliers.

accounts purposes and also can deal with imports from GDS (Global Distribution Services)
for Airline bookings etc. It is designed to hold inventory, such as regularly utilised
components or ad hoc items.
The system will function equally well in a single user
or multi-site, multi-user environment. Remote access and the ability to publish reports
Itinerary Flight details/changes etc, to the Corporate website is made
simple through the use of the integral reporting tool.
Should clients wish to have their own reports created
we can either provide them with the necessary development tool or we can do this very
quickly in house.
The system enables corporate travel departments
to maintain control of their own highly
complex travel arrangements, without having to revert to one of the high-end tools
provided by some Business Travel Agencies.
